Coins For Kids is the missions arm of Girls Ministries. Each year the national Girls Ministries Department, in cooperation with the Assemblies of God World Missions and Home Missions, selects a missions project that specifically addresses the needs of children. Girls Ministries partners with the Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge-BGMC to meet these needs.

The Coins for Kids project this year is Convoy of Hope’s Girls’ Empowerment program. We have a goal of helping girls discover their value, dignity, and strength in Jesus. Girls will receive the support they need to overcome challenges and gain skills/abilities to be successful.
$25 empowers a girl to receive education and training for an entire year! Weekly sessions develop key skills and provide mentorship around physical health, nutrition, hygiene, emotional health, gender-based violence, harmful cultural practices, leadership and decision-making skills, and other relevant topics that will protect them as they move into adulthood.
When we partner with Convoy of Hope’s Girls’ Empowerment program, we are bringing hope and real help to more girls around the world!
